At Johnny Dang & Co, we strive for perfection in every custom piece; however, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return window for eligible non-custom jewelry. Please note that custom-made grills and personalized engraved items are final sale due to their unique nature.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Secure Packaging

  Place the item in its original luxury packaging, including all certificates of authenticity and diamond grading reports provided at purchase.

• 3.
  Shipping and Insurance

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; insurance is required for all high-value shipments.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master jewelers verify the item's condition and stone integrity, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
